Women Executive Leadership Fellowship is a six-month executive development programme designed for high-potential mid-level women professionals preparing for broader business and enterprise leadership responsibilities.
Delivered in Bengaluru through a carefully designed blend of in-person immersions, live virtual learning, industry exposure, industry leaders interactions, simulations, a capstone project and certification from IIM Visakhapatnam enabling participant to be part of CII GLC Pan India Women Executive Leadership Fellows Network.
