The CII Global Leadership Centre (GLC) – Amaravati, established with the support of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, is a world-class institution designed to nurture transformative, values-based leaders capable of navigating complex global challenges. Positioned as a premier ecosystem for long-term systemic impact, the Centre aims to cultivate a new generation of ethical, inclusive, and forward-looking leaders across industry, government, civil society, and academia. By elevating governance standards and fostering cross-cultural diplomacy, the GLC serves as a national commitment to reimagining leadership and positioning India as a global leadership hub.

The offerings at the GLC will be designed to address leadership needs at all levels. These include structured leadership programmes for industry, government, academia and civil society leaders; thematic fellowship programmes such as Public Leadership & Governance, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation and AI, Global Impact, Women in Transformative Leadership, and Healthcare Leadership; and field-anchored policy and R&D labs. The Centre will also host global exchanges and the Amaravati Global Leadership Forum as platforms for collaborative learning and cross-cultural engagement.
