Women Executive Leadership Fellowship is a six-month executive development programme designed for high-potential mid-level women professionals preparing for broader business and enterprise leadership responsibilities.

Delivered in Bengaluru through a carefully designed blend of in-person immersions, live virtual learning, industry exposure, industry leaders interactions, simulations, a capstone project and certification from IIM Visakhapatnam enabling participant to be part of CII GLC Pan India Women Executive Leadership Fellows Network.

The programme is aimed to develop, confidence and cross-functional capability required to lead enterprises in a rapidly changing corporate environment.

The Women in Manufacturing Future Leaders fellowship aims to develop high-potential women employees working in manufacturing shop floors and production environments into future supervisors, managers, and industry leaders.

The Fellowship combines a 3-day in-person leadership programme in Jamshedpur, a Leaders' Journey Series featuring conversations with CEOs and CXOs, an industry visit exposing participants to advanced manufacturing practices, and a workplace-based Capstone Project addressing real operational challenges.

Participants will be provided with certification from IIM Visakhapatnam and an opportunity to join the CII GLC Pan India Women in Manufacturing Leaders Fellows Network.

The Women Enterprise Growth Accelerator Retreat is a four-day residential executive learning programme designed for established women entrepreneurs and founders who are preparing to take their businesses to the next stage of growth. The Retreat will be held from 5–8 December 2026 at Nihara Resort, Cochin.

The Retreat combines executive learning, interactions with industry leaders, investors and corporate buyers, Signature Conversations, peer learning and curated Cochin experiences. The programme will focus on enterprise leadership, growth strategy, AI and digital transformation, market expansion, strategic partnerships, organisational capability, access to capital and investment readiness. The residential format also provides participants with time to pause, reflect and connect through carefully curated leisure and wellness experiences, including kayaking, heritage experiences and informal networking.

Participants will develop a Three-Year Enterprise Growth Blueprint and present it to a Faculty & Industry Panel. Participants will receive certification from IIM Kozhikode. Following the Retreat, participants will be inducted into the Women Enterprise Leaders Alumni Network and CII’s Entrepreneurs Development Forum for continued mentorship, peer learning and business networking.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Global Leadership Centre (GLC), in partnership with the Centre of Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution (CEADR), established at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, is organising the Executive Leadership Programme in Strategic Commercial Dispute Resolution.

This four-day in-person executive programme focuses on managing commercial disputes as strategic business challenges. It equips senior professionals with practical insights into dispute prevention, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation and cross-border dispute management, helping organisations manage risks, preserve business relationships and protect enterprise value.

General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, Heads of Legal, Senior Legal Counsel in corporates, Company Secretaries, Heads of Contracts and Commercial, dispute management professionals and senior business leaders involved in high-value commercial contracts and negotiations can participate and benefit. Successful participants will receive a joint certificate from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

This Leadership Immersion Programme is designed to equip academic leaders with the knowledge, perspectives, and strategic capabilities required to navigate the rapidly evolving global higher education landscape.
